Dining at Catrachos Latin Cuisine promises to be an ever-changing experience, because Casco said he plans to change the menu seasonally. The menu of appetizers, entrees and desserts Casco created for Catrachos uses many spices and ingredients from locations such as Peru and Honduras to ensure the most authentic flavors.
The authentic experience even carries through to serving plates, hand-crafted river rock plates from Peru, on which the food is brought to diners.
The cuisine is complemented by an extensive wine selection from France, Spain, Italy and New Zealand, with emphasis on Latin American selections from Chile and Argentina.
